One-time access

A 30- or 90-day card or iDEAL purchase does not renew. It ends automatically on the displayed expiry date. To continue, you must actively purchase a new access period.

14-day cooling-off period

If you are an EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days after entering a paid contract to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email [email protected] with your name, checkout email, payment date and an unambiguous statement that you withdraw from the contract.

If you asked us to start the digital service immediately during the cooling-off period, the law may allow a proportionate charge for the service supplied before your withdrawal. We will never reduce mandatory statutory rights.

Refunds

Outside mandatory legal rights, paid periods are normally non-refundable once they have started. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges and confirmed service failures are reviewed fairly. Send the checkout email, payment date and a short explanation to [email protected]; do not send full card or bank credentials.
