Terms of Service

1. Who we are

SignatureCV is operated by VexisLabs, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KVK 42082794 and VAT number NL005481639B07, in Westervoort, the Netherlands. Questions and formal notices can be sent to [email protected].

2. The service

SignatureCV provides editable CV templates, PDF-ready output, a cover-letter tool, vacancy workspace and application tracker. Features may improve or change over time, provided the essential character of a paid service is not materially reduced during an already-paid term.

Your current document workspace is primarily stored in your browser. You are responsible for downloading backups and keeping your device and browser profile secure.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be legally capable of entering a contract. You may use the service for legitimate personal or business career-document purposes. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, scrape at scale, resell access, or use the service to deceive employers or other people.

4. Access options and payment

SignatureCV Pro is offered as one-time access: €19.99 including VAT for 30 days or €39.99 including VAT for 90 days. Customers can pay by card worldwide or by iDEAL in the Netherlands. These purchases are not subscriptions and never renew automatically. When access expires, we do not take another payment. You must actively purchase a new access period to continue.

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details; SignatureCV does not receive full card numbers or online-banking credentials. The checkout page shows the selected amount and payment method before confirmation. Access is activated only after a verified Stripe payment event, never from the browser redirect alone.

5. Start and expiry of access

Paid access starts only after payment is confirmed and expires after the purchased 30- or 90-day period. No follow-up payment is attempted. We may end access earlier after a refund, payment reversal, dispute, material breach, fraud, abuse or security risk. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Right of withdrawal

If you are an EEA consumer, you generally have 14 days from entering a paid contract to withdraw. If you expressly request immediate performance during this period and later withdraw, we may charge a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits. 7. Your content

You keep all rights in information and documents you create. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate, secure and support the service. You confirm that you are allowed to use the content you enter. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data in a CV.

8. Intellectual property

The SignatureCV software, brand, interface and original template designs belong to VexisLabs or its licensors. Your paid access is a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service. You may freely use and share documents you create for their intended career purpose, but not redistribute our templates or software as a competing product.

9. Availability and results

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every employer system, browser or printer. We do not guarantee interviews, employment, applicant-tracking-system acceptance or any particular career result. You remain responsible for checking accuracy, formatting and suitability before sending a document.

10. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, VexisLabs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities or loss caused by information you entered, failed local backups, third-party services, or use contrary to these terms. For business users, aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the fees paid for that service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. Material changes affecting paid customers will be announced reasonably in advance where required. Dutch law applies. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory law and the competent courts of their country of residence where applicable.
